Go back to the main game server options and look for settings, and the server properties. Local level-seed and change it. You can provide your own seed, or you can leave it blank and a random value will be generated and used.

Now, look for the folder named world/playerdata. Encode the username into a UUID using an online tool for this. Then delete the file that matches the UUID you encoded. Then restart your Minecraft server.

Log in to the control panel and look under the game server settings for the wipe map/players page, and then click confirm to do this. Your Minecraft server has now been completely wiped. You can now restart your server as a completely fresh game.
